Policies
Cancellations:
24 hour notice of cancellation is appreciated. If a client neglects their appointment, a "no-show" fee of $15.00 will be charged.
NSF Checks:
Clients that write NSF checks will be charged a $15.00 service charge.
Insurance:
Natural Alternatives does not accept insurance policies. However, if you get an order from your doctor for massage therapy, lymphatic therapy, or detox therapy we will supply you with an insurance code for reimbursement from your insurance company.
Payment:
Payment for services is due the day of treatment. Check, credit card, and cash are accepted.
Charging:
To charge supplemental orders, a valid line of credit must be established at Natural Alternatives, or supplements will not be sent. Natural Alternatives charges 18% APR on any overdue bills. By having a credit card number on file, you can charge services and supplements and pay the bill by the end of the month. If the bill is not paid, Natural Alternatives will automatically charge the credit card on file.
